Our clients were driving to their house in Crewe, VA one night. As they drove down Route 360 in Chesterfield County, Virginia, suddenly out of nowhere they were struck by another car. The other car was driving at night with no headlights and also ran a red light. Our client’s 1987 Toyota Corolla was totalled in the accident.
