Let me share an actual testimonial letter from a former client who had a bad personal injury when her car was rear-ended by a dump truck.

     My story begins on May 8, 2002. I was driving to work on the same route I had taken for the last year, with one difference. A new traffic light had been installed where there was previously only a flashing yellow caution light.

     Motorists were warned months in advance of the new lights existence and the state made every effort to insure that you would not miss it. On this particular morning, I had to stop at the new light.

     A dump truck from a well known local paving company failed to notice the signal and hit my car causing damage to the rear and left side. Both my car and my body sustained great damage from the impact.

     I waited more than a week for the company to contact me about the accident. When no call came, I knew I would need help if I wanted my car fixed and my nedical bills paid. A relative gave me the name of attorney Wayne O'Bryan.

     At first I had reservations about using an attorney who was at least a two hour drive from my home. However, after speaking with Mr. O'Bryan, my fears dissolved. All of the necessary transactions, accident reports, photographs, and other paper work were handled by mail or fax.

     Mr. O'Bryan stayed in constant touch with me to make sure my car was taked care of and that I was receiving the necessary medical care I needed.

     When the time came to make a settlement with the paving company, Mr. O'Bryan made sure that I was well compensated. I felt the initial settlement from the company was fair, but Mr. O'Bryan persisted. He negotiated a settlement $1,000 above what I was willing to accept.

     The fact that he worked so hard for an out of town client, whom he had never met face to face, speaks volumes for him. I would like to thank Mr. O'Bryan and all his team for their hard work.
