That depends on a lot of factors. The main factor is what kind of injury do you have. If you have a permanent injury, obviously its more then if you have a soft tissue injury. You look at the amount of medical bills that you have incurred. Hospital and doctor bills. Physical therapy.

You look at the damage to the vehicle. You look at time lost from work. You look at scarring. You look at a multitude of factors and all them together are what your case is worth.

Of course the ultimate value of your case is what a jury says your case is worth. That is the arbiter for both insurance companies and lawyers handling these kind of cases. If a jury will give you $10,000 on your case then that's what the case is worth.
